How long will it take to receive my items?
For all physical items there is a processing time of up to 3 working days. This just means the time it takes us to create and package your products.

How can I write a review on a product?
You can write a review by simply clicking on the product you wish to review, scrolling down and adding a commet on the comment box located underneath the product.
When will new languages be added?
Unfortunately we are unable to give a definitive timescale for the addition of new languages. We work with a number of educators and native speakers to ensure that translations are accurate and this takes time.
